Sub:- Issues arising out of non-functioning of SAP–
reg.
Respected Sir,
As
aware, due to non-functioning of SAP since yesterday night, public complaints
are pouring in across the counters. The BO accounts are not being incorporated
and no proper response or definite reply from TCS Officials is being received during
this time. Especially, women employees who are working in remote places and
deputed as such have to leave the office
in order to reach their home in time to avoid any late night mishap.
Hence
all are requiring proper instructions to leave the office after closing of
accounts manually and remitting cash / despatch of due bags.
