Respected Sir,
This is regarding constitution of Technical Teams at Circle,
Regional and Divisional level to examine post CSI Rollout issues as suggested / instructed vide Directorate letter referred
to above.
In this
connection, we would like to invite a kind reference to this Circle Union
letter No. P3NFPE – Odisha / 02 – 10 / 2018, Dated 02.10.2018
where in we had submitted the extract of Resolution No. – 1 on CSI related
issues adopted unanimously in the CWC Meeting
of AIPEU, Group-C, Odisha Circle held in Balasore from 21.09.2018 to 23.09.2018.
Though what Directorate thinks today, we had thought it earlier and
formed a Circle Level Team in the above CWC with the following technical
experts who submitted their valuable opinion to the Circle Union resulting the
above unanimous resolution summarizing all the unsettled issues arsing out of
CSI rollout.

The above Technical
Team of this Circle Union not only studied and brought to light the Post CSI
rollout issues, but also the team analyzed the issues arising out of CBS
Finacle (Resolution No. 2), PLI McCamish (Resolution No.3), Finacle / McCamish
User related issues (Resolution No. 5) and connectivity issues (Resolution No.
7) which have already been submitted to Circle Office vide this Circle Union
letter No. P3NFPE – Odisha / 03 – 10 / 2018, dated 02.10.2018 and No. P3NFPE –
Odisha / 04 – 10 / 2018, dated 02.10.2018, No. P3NFPE – Odisha / 06 – 10 / 2018,
dated 02.10.2018 and No. P3NFPE – Odisha / 07 – 10 / 2018, dated 02.10.2018
respectively.
But most unfortunately, all the above important letters of our Circle
Union which contain several resolutions on such sensitive and alarming issues
for which officials / officers from Branch / Sub Office to Postal Directorate including CEPT
and authorized vendors are struggling day and night, were neither acknowledged
nor the action taken report was intimated to us.
Thus, in this context, we would now like to sincerely request and suggest
you once again as follows.
1.
In addition to our S As, kindly consider to include
at least one SPM / Postmaster preferably from Single / Double-handed Delivery Post
Offices (who are performing all types of jobs and practically experts in all
branches) in each proposed team to be formed at Circle, Regional and Divisional level
as per the Directorate’s instruction.
2.
It may kindly be considered also to include one Treasurer
/ APM (Treasury) and one Accountant / APM (Accounts) in each team for bringing perfection
in the Team work.
3.
The proposed team may be instructed to examine
all the issues already pointed out by the above Technical Team of our Circle
Union and consider to include all of them in the proposed team.
4. In additiin to CSI issues, the team may be instructed to examine the
user related issues and issues still continuing on CBS Finacle, Connectrivity
and Hardware.
