Respected Sir,
Inviting
a kind reference to the instructions contained in Para – 3 ( C ) (v), (vi) and
(vii) of the Directorate letter under reference, we would like to bring the
following facts to your kind notice.
1.
The
Inward and Outward Transfer Resister which should have been uploaded within 60
days has not yet been uploaded in our official website even after 150 days.
2.
Requests
received during 2018 which should have been considered by 31st
December, 2018 were not considered and vacancies not announced during the
stipulated time period.
As
a result, the aspirants for the purpose have been discouraged which contradicts
the instructions contained in Para – 3 (A) (ii) of the above letter.
Since
orders for the purpose shall be issued by 31st December by the
competent authority transferring the officials with effect from 1st
April of the following year, we would like to request you to kindly consider
all such pending cases of 2018 with instructions to the controlling officers to
relieve such officials latest by 31st March, 2018.
