            On behalf of NFPE, we convey our heartiest greetings to of all you on the eve of Independence Day i.e. 15thAugust, 2019 and Raksha Bandhan.

Confederation of CGE&W Programmes:

Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers have declared Nation Wider protest and struggle programmes for settlement of 10 points of Charter of Demands.

Phase-I :   05.09.2019 (5th September -2019 – Thursday)

              Submission of Memorandum with Charter of Demands to Hon`ble Prime-Minister, Cabinet Secretary, Heads of All Departments. Copy of Memorandum should be submitted to all Heads of Offices at State/District Level, holding Mass demonstration.

Phase-II:  15.10.2019 (15th October-2019 – Tuesday):

Mass Dharna in front of all important offices and at all major centres at State/District Level.

National Conference of the Confederation:

Next National Conference of Confederation will be held at Nagpur (Mah) from 07.02.2020 to 08.02.2020 (7th & 8th February, 2020, Friday & Saturday)

Delegate fee is fixed as Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One Thousand)

19th September-2019: 51st Anniversary of 1968 Strike observes as Martyrs Day:

19th September-2019 is the 51st Anniversary of One Day All India Strike of 19th September-1968 of Central Government Employees demanding need based minimum wage and 100% neutralization of D.A. The then Central ..Government has unleashed brutal force to suppress the strike. 17 Comrades lost their lives. Thousands were terminated, suspended and put in to jail. Recognition of unions / Federations was withdrawn.

NFPE calls upon entire rank and file to observe 19th September-2019 as Martyrs day remembering those valiant fighters by holding meetings, demonstrations, flag hoisting and slogan shouting.

Postal Joint Council of Action : Programmes:

1st Phase programme of submission of Memorandum is over.

2nd Phase:  Organize One Day Dharna at Divisional Level on 21st August-2019.

3rd Phase-:   Organize One Day Dharna at Circle Level on 11th September-2019.

4th Phase:  One Day Dharna at New Delhi on 04th October-2019.

11th Federal Council of NFPE:

11th Federal Council of NFPE is scheduled to be held at Vrindaban, Mathura (UP) from 25.11.2019 to 27.11.2019. Delegate fee is fixed as Rs.1500/- for visitors/observers.

            Federal Executive will be held at same venue at Vrindaban on 24.11.2019.

All India Conference of AIPEU Group-C :

All India Conference of AIPE Union Group-C will be held at Hyderabad (Telangana) from 20th October to 22ndOctober, 2019 at Gachi Bowli Stadium, Hyderabad. . Delegate fee fixed Rs.2500/- (Rs. Two thousand five hundred).Reception Committee formed under leadership of Com. SSRA Prasad Circle Secretary P-III, has started preparations to make the AIC a grand success.

CWC of R-III Union:

CWC of R-III Union will be held on 29th & 30th November, 2019 at Ambedkar Bhawan, New Delhi.

Felicitation of Com. Giriraj Singh, retiring on 30th November, 2019, has been organized by Comrades of Delhi Circle.

AIC of R-IV Union:

            All India Conference of R-IV Union will be held at Ambedkar  Bhawan, New Delhi  from 24th to 26thFebruary,2020.
