A Commemorative Postage Stamp was released on Permanent Commission to Women Officers in Indian Army, by Gen MM Naravane, the Chief of the Army Staff. Lt Gen SS Mishra, QMG and Major General DV Mahesh, Additional Director General APS also graced the occasion.
