It is very much shocking that one of our great Leaders , Com. Rabindralal Bhattacharje, Ex-Deputy Secretary General, NFPE breathed his last on 10.09.2019 in Kolkata.
Com. RLB has played a significant role to organize the entire Postal & RMS Staff for participation in Postal Strikes held in the year 1993,1996,1998 & 2000.His contribution to the cause of Central Government employees in general and Postal employees in particular will remain unforgettable for ever.
On behalf of NFPE, Odisha State CoC we sincerely condole the sad demise of Com. RLB and pray Lord Jagannath to shower His unending blessings over the bereaved family members to bear with this irreparable loss.
