A mass Dharana program was launched on 02.11.2018 in front of Cuttack RMS by the Confederation of the CCGE&W and AIPRPA, Odisha state committee in which many local and state level unions and Associations also participated demanding to declare Cuttack RMS Parcel Set as Level - 1 office including BerhamPur and Jharsuguda RMS as Level - 1 parcel hub like M N O P and to declare all RMS offices in Odisha circle as Level - 2 parcel hub and demanding to deal with the Parcel mails of Cuttack District, Jagatsingpur District and of Cuttack city in Cuttack RMS as before and to maintain status quo ante of Cuttack RMS which is the oldest and biggest RMS in Odisha circle and to avoid delay, detention, back routing and Double /triple handling of Parcel mails.
Com Banshidhar Mohanty and Com Mohini Mohan Samal presided over the Dharana program meeting.
Com Janardan Pati, Vice president of CITU, Odisha state committee addressed the meeting. All the invited CTU leaders including Local BJD MLAs/leaders also attended this program. About 100 Pensioners and C G employees attended the Dharana program in front of Cuttack RMS in Cuttack Rly station.
