Dear Comrades,
You are aware that we have already been instructed by Confederation / NFPE CHQ for undertaking rigorous campaign programme and to participate actively for bringing a resounding success to the proposed 2 days nationwide strike which will be organized jointly by all Central Trade Unions (except BMS), All India State Govt. Employees Federation, Defence Employees Federations and Independent Federations.
In this connection, the National Level Convention has already been over on 28th September, 2018. In Odisha, a State Level Convention has already been organized in Bhanja Kala Mandap, Bhubaneswar on 4th November, 2018.
The Postal Joint Council of Action comprising NFPE, FNPO, AIPEU GDS and NUGDS have already been formed at all India level to proceed ahead. All the Circulars received so far from the higher forums by our Circle Union have already been circulated to you with the Common 10 point charter of demands of Central Govt. employees and 20 sectional demands of postal employees.
Now, it is time to organize District / Division Level Conventions.
Today (22.11.2018), a meeting was organized by Cuttack City Coordination Committee of Unions and Associations for participation in a grand meeting to be organized in front of Cuttack RMS at 10 AM on 02.12.2018 for bringing a thundering success to the 2 days proposed nationwide strike on 8th & 9th January, 2018. Com. B Samal, Chairman, NFPE, Odisha State Coordination Committee and Com. M M Samal President, Confederation of CG Employees and Workers, Odisha State Coordination Committee attended the meeting.
As such, all the leaders of NFPE affiliated Unions (P-III, P-IV, R-III, R-IV, AIPAEA, AIPSBCOEA, APAOEA and AIPEU GDS from both Circle and Division) stationed at Cuttack and Bhubaneswar are sincerely requested to attend the said grand meeting at 10 AM on 02.12.2018 in front of Cuttack RMS along with maximum number of members and educate themselves for making the above strike successful.
The Divisional Secretaries of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack City, Cuttack North and Cuttack South Division are specially requested to attend along with their members ( maximum possible) without fail.
