It is to intimate you that the 2 nd Organizational convention /Conference of All India Postal Casual, Part time, Contingent and Contract Workers Federation, Odisha Circle Branch will be held on 01.07.2018 at BBSR in the "Union of Journalists" adjacent to Ashok Nagar Post office and will start at 10.00 hrs sharp.
You all are requested to please attend the same and inform all your Dvl Secretaries to send the casual, P T C Lrs, contingent, mazdoors, daily wagers, substitutes working if any in their offices /Dvns to attend the same.
Com P. Mohan and Com. Y. Nagbhusanam, the General Secretary and working President of the CHQ have consented to attend.
This fdn has been formed as per decision taken in 9 th Federal council session held from 9-12 June 2013 and accordingly after formation of All India body, it was formed in our Odisha Circle in the year 2013,while I was in the service. Now its 2 nd Organizational Conference will be held.
You all are requested to kindly co-operate for the interst of the down trodden, oppressed class and weaker section of workers in dept of Posts.
