As per information gathered by us, the following unfortunate death cases have occurred due to COVID-19 with our postal fraternity during last 72 hours. The information have been collected as posted by different leaders in WhatsApp groups. Details of some members are not available with us.
1.Death of a Postman in New Nallakunta, Hyderbad on 21.07.2020.
2.Death of Md. Mohammad, GDS Malakpet Colony (Telengana Circle) on 22.07.2020.
3.One DRM in RMS (WB Circle) died on 21.07.2020.
4.One Casual Worker in W B Circle on 22.07.2020.
5.SPM, Islampur PO (West Bengal Circle) on 22.07.2020.
We don’t know where and when it will be ended. But most unfortunately, the Department has failed to implement the orders of the MHA and DoPT uniformly throughout all Circles.
