We could not believe to receive another unfortunate message once again today from Balasore Division just after 2 days of the sad demise of Com. Umakanta Lenka, ex-Postmaster, Balasore HO.
Com. Shyma Sundar Singh, 59, PA, Balasore Court SO who was admitted to AIIMS, Bhubaneswar expired on 09.09.2020 evening. He was left with 10 months service only.
As per information received from Com. Gopal Ch. Padhiary, Divisional Secretary, AIPEU, Group-C, Balasore Division, Com. Singh was suffering from neurological issues and was taken to AIIMS, Bhubaneswar on 09.09.2020 where the doctor declared him dead.
Immediately, Com. Lingaraj Sahoo, Financial Secretary, AIPEU, Group-C, Odisha Circle and Com. Suratha Khuntia, Asst. Divisional Secretary, AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division were requested to rush to AIIMS for providing necessary assistance required by the bereaved family members. Till writing of this message, both were present near the dead body along with the wife, son, daughter and son-in-law of Com. Singh. The body will be handed over to the family members on 10.09.2020 after postmortem with COVID test report.
Deeply shocked, we on behalf of NFPE, Odisha pay our respectful homages to the departed soul and convey our sincere condolences to the bereaved family members.
We pray Lord Jagannath to give courage to the bereaved family members to bear with this irreparable loss.
