Odisha Postal Circle commemorates Odisha Hockey World League 2017, in its unique and unequalled fashion, through a Special Cover release.
The CPMG, Odisha Circle hands over the memorabilia to a prominent member of the Organising Committee.
It is unveiled amidst much cheer and applause by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Odisha Sh Naveen Patnaik and President of International Hockey Federation Sh Narinder Batra, during the high voltage inaugural ceremony.
