Non-implementation of Directorate's letter No.44-2/2011-SPB-II, dated 05.05.2016 regarding counting of induction training period of PAs (Direct Recruit) prior to 1986 for the purpose of qualifying service under TBOP/ BCR Scheme in Odisha Circle

Dear Comrades,

On receiving information from some of our Divisional Secretaries regarding non-implementation of Directorate's letter No.44-2/2011-SPB-II, dated 05.05.2016 regarding counting of induction training period of PAs (Direct Recruit) prior to 1986 for the purpose of qualifying service under TBOP/ BCR Scheme in Odisha Circle , we had written to Circle Office on 10.12.2017 which has now been acknowledged with information that the above Directorate letter has been circulated to all units by CO since 26.10.2016.

Thus, please check the position in your Division and intimate deficiency, if any regarding implementation of the above order with case particulars to take up the issue at C O level.
