Respected Sir,

This has a kind reference to this Union’s letter No.P3Odisha/03-02/2017, dated 06.02.2017 and subsequent discussion with the Chief PMG by the Circle Secretaries of NFPE, Odisha Circle on 19.06.2017 in the Conference Hall of C O on the above subject with suggestion to submit a copy of concerned Notification of Govt. of Odisha specifying Scheduled areas for taking further action at C O level.

Accordingly, we collected the concerned page from the Report 2008-09 and submitted to Circle Office vide our letter No. P3NFPE – Odisha / 09 – 07 / 2017, dated 26.07.2017 ( Ashoknagar MDG SPA No. EO878091482IN, Dt.26.07.2017).

But regretfully, neither the said letter was acknowledged nor was any action taken on the issue.

As such we would like to request you once again to look into the matter personally.

Since the matter has been badly delayed, we hope that the issue will be taken up with every priority for the benefit of the employees.
