One place, i.e. Cuttack where DA(P) implemented, but our three Divisional Heads (Cuttack City, Cuttack North and Cuttack South) didn't follow

Circle Office is still silent on our letters and no revised guideline has yet been issued for unlock 3.0
Circle Administration is extracting full benefit of the lockdown compulsions at the cost of the lives of the poor postal employees and their family members
How long will we suffer?
