Sub:   Bi-monthly Meeting of DPS (HQ) with NFPE Unions - Reg

Respected Sir,

            This is to bring your kind notice that the last bi-monthly meeting of DPS (HQ) was held with NFPE Unions on 29.08.2017.

Subsequently, though the next meeting was scheduled to be held on 07.03.2018, the same was postponed due to administrative reasons communicated to us vide C O letter No.  WL/30-4/2012, dated 01.03.2018.

As such during the previous year only one bi-monthly meeting was held in the Head Quarters Region and since then, there has been no communication in this regard.

As such, we would like to request you to kindly arrange for the next bi-monthly meeting at the earliest.
