Circle Union writes to Chief PMG for deduction of monthly subscription as per latest constitutional amendment

Sub:-  Amendment to the constitution of AIPEU, Group-C, CHQ

Ref.-   Directorate Letter No. 15/3/2017-SR, dated 31^st October, 2017

Respected Sir,

                        This is to bring your kind notice that though the Constitution of AIPEU, Group-C, CHQ has since been amended vide Directorate’s letter referred to above  (copy enclosed for kind reference) enhancing the monthly subscription of member from Rs.50/- to Rs.75/- ( Article 38 A) with allocation of Rs.35/-, Rs.20/-, Rs. 16/- and Rs.4/- to Branch, Circle, All India and NFPE  respectively (Article 39), not a single DDO in Odisha Circle has started deducting the above amount from the monthly salary of the members of this Union till date.

                        Therefore, it is requested to kindly instruct all the DDOs in Odisha Circle for immediate recovery of Rs.75/- from the monthly salary of the members of AIPEU, Group-C.
