                        This is to bring your kind notice that though DoPT vide its OM referred to above (copy attached) has declared 14.04.2018 as holiday on account of birthday of Dr. B R Ambedkar, it has not been circulated to all concerned in Odisha Circle till date.

                        Therefore, it is requested kindly to look into the matter and arrange to circulate the above OM immediately to all offices/units.
