Dear Comrades ,

     2nd Phase of Confederation's Nationwide agitational programme is 15th October 2019 Mass Dharna at all centres.

    In addition to 10 points Charter of Demands , "Release DA installment due in September 2019 without any further delay" is added as an additional demand. 

  All comrades are requested to understand the seriousness of the situation and ensure participation of maximum Employees and Pensioners in the Dharna programme. 

   Our Wages , DA , Pension , job security and Trade Union Rights are under attack.  

  Organise Mass Dharna at all important centres WITHOUT FAIL. .
