forthcoming agitational programmes of Postal JCA (NFPE & FNPO) at Circle
level on 11.09.2019.
Dear Comrades,
This has a reference to
this Circle Union letter No. P3NFPE-Odisha/06-07/2019, dated 28.07.2019
circulating Postal JCA (NFPE & FNPO), Odisha Circle Circular No. PJCA/Odisha/2019,
dated 24th July, 2019 containing the Postal JCA (NFPE & FNPO), CHQ
Circular No. PJCA / 2 / 2019, dated 15.07.2019 and 24 Point Charter of Demands which
are also already circulated to you through your eMail Id, reproduced in your
personal WhatsApp available with the Circle Union, published in our Circle Union
Website and respective Divisional WhatsApp group.
Now, we have to go for the 3rd
Phase activity organizing a day long dharna programme in the premises of Circle
Office, Bhubaneswar on 11.09.2019. The matter has also been discussed in the
last CWC at Rayagada from 23rd to 25th August, 2019.
Therefore, it is once again requested
to remain present with your representatives at 10 AM on 11.09.2019 to make the
Dharna Programme successful.
The number of
participants from your Division may be
intimated in advance for preparation on lunch.

Postal JCA, CHQ Circular No. PJCA / 2 /
2019, dated 15.07.2019 instructing adoption of the following programmes of
action on 24 point charter of demands.
1. Submission
of memorandum addressed to the Secretary (Posts) by the Divisional Secretaries
of PJCA of all Divisions by holding lunch hour demonstration on 29th
July, 2019.
2. Holding
one day dharna at Divisional level on 21st August, 2019
3. Holding
one day dharna at Circle level on 11th September, 2019
4. One
day dharna at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi on 4th October, 2019 by All
India Office bearers of PJCA.
Therefore, all are sincerely requested
to implement the above programmes in letter and spirit and bring a roaring
success.
