Out of 23, 20 Circle Secretaries participated except Bihar, J & K and NE.
Members of women Sub-Committee participated.

Detailed discussion were made on all current issues confronted by P-III employees with nice deliberations of all the participating Circle Secretaries and women Sub-Committee members.
Everybody registered their dissatisfaction on administrative failure to resolve the problem arising out of I T Modernization Project, Viz. FSI, CSI RICT / DARPAN etc
There was protest not to perform third party services like Aadhaar, IPPB, POPSK in POs.
Threatening of the authorities through WhatsApp group and trade union victimization were condemned.
Deficiencies noticed in Cadre Restructuring was discussed and it was stressed upon to demand for Divisionalization of LSG Cadre and to grant pay fixation benefit of one increment on promotion to LSG Cadre.
All Circle Secretaries supported merger of Postmaster Cadre.
Decision was taken to make all our efforts for successful conductance of the forthcoming 2 days nationwide strike on 8th and 9th January, 2019.
Com. K V Sridharan, beloved ex-General Secretary, CHQ addressed the CWC.
It was unanimoisly decided to go for indefinite strike on all unsettled sectional issues confronted by P-III employees.
Notice will be served after the forthcoming 2 days strike.
Details of Charter of Demands and draft memorandum will be published in receipt from CHQ.
