Sub:- Request for modification of place of posting
of LSG officials posted outside the Parent Division– reg.
Respected Sir,
It
is witnessed that though many posts are laying vacant in the Parent Division, officials
promoted to LSG cadre under Cadre Review Proposal for Group-C postal employees
are allotted to outside Divisions vide C O Memo No. ST / 26 – 6 ( 1 ) / 2018 (Postal),
dated 09.08.2018 which invited huge
declinations from many such officials due to want of any financial benefit on
one hand and change of place of posting on the other.
As
aware, huge representations of many such officials who have requested to modify
their original place of posting to their respective Parent Divisions are also
pending for disposal by Circle Office.
Due to delay in acceptance / rejection of the modification requests,
many LSG posts are laying vacant now in Odisha Circle which can be filled in if
their requests are acceded to.
Therefore,
we would like to sincerely request you to kindly accept such requests pending
at C O level modifying the original place of posting in the above C O memo to the respective Parent Divisions of
the promoted officials.
