Ref.- C O letter
No. EST/16-4/2017 (Re-Org), dated 13.06.2017
Respected
Sir,
This has a kind
reference to this Circle Union letter No. P3NFPE - Odisha / 10 – 06
/ 2017, dated 17.06.2017 in
response to C O letter under reference on the captioned subject where in we had
submitted several suggestions to the Circle administration for consideration
while implementing the order for reorganization of Postal Divisions in Odisha
Circle.
With
regard to staff problem, we had suggested that the staff members of the parent
Divisions should be given an opportunity to exercise their option in this
regard either to remain in their parent Division or otherwise.
Subsequently,
during discussion with the Chief PMG on the proposal, we were assured that such
representations received if any from the officials opting to remain in their
parent Division or otherwise will only be considered during next rotational
transfer to avoid dislocation in the middle of the academic session.
Accordingly, several representations received from the officials of the
reorganized Postal Divisions are kept pending by the concerned Divisional
heads.
As
known, now during implementation of the revised order on cadre restructuring
proposal for Group-C postal employees, officials are being transferred and
posted from one Division to another and ahead there is the rotational transfer
2017-18.
Therefore,
this Union sincerely requests you to kindly issue necessary instructions to the
SPOs/SSPOs of the reorganized postal Divisions to consider the pending requests
of the officials to remain in their parent Divisions or otherwise during the
present rotational transfer or to adjust such officials while issuing transfer and posting orders of the
approved LSG officials.
Awaiting
your favourable decision on the issue, Sir.
With regards.
Yours faithfully,
(BRUHASPATI
SAMAL)
Circle Secretary
