No. P3NFPE – Odisha / 07 – 11 / 2017
Dated at Bhubaneswar the 13th November, 2017

Sub:-  Excessive short supply of MPCM Sticker to Post Offices – reg.

Respected Sir,
We are receipt of several messages from our staff members regarding excessive short supply of MPCM stickers to Post Offices in the Circle. As a result, thousands of BNPL / Business Post articles are kept pending for booking.

Illustratively, we can say that only five packets of MPCM stickers have been supplied during the month of November, 2017 ( till date)  to Dhenkanal Divisional as a whole which is too less for 55 SOs of the Division. It is even difficult to run the day to day counter operations. Similar is the position of other Divisions.

During a discussion on the issue we have been assured for early settlement with finalization of the tender process and subsequent supply. But things are running as usual.

Since such short supply will add fuel to the anger of the customers, we would like to request you once again to kindly take suitable necessary steps for timely supply of MPCM stickers to post offices as required/indented.

Expecting your kind response, Sir.

With regards.
 Yours faithfully,

 (B SAMAL)
Circle Secretary
