level Mass Dharna Programme on 29.05.2018 in front of Circle Office,
Bhubaneswar
Dear Comrades,
This has a reference to our letter No. P3NFPE-Odisha/02-05/2018, dated
09.05.2018 to conduct the Circle level
Mass Dharna Programme on 29.05.2018 in front of Circle Office, Bhubaneswar with
the kind presence and participation of our beloved General Secretary and
Secretary General, NFPE.
Accordingly, we have issued notice
to the Chief PMG, Odisha Circle vide our letter dated P3NFPE-Odisha/07 - 05/2018, dated 14.05.2018. But the Circle
administration vide its letter No.
ST / 26 - 6 ( 1 ) / 2017 – 18 (Postal) – Sub, dated 16.05.2018 acknowledging and responding to our letter
No. P3NFPE-Odisha/01 - 05/2018, dated 08.05.2018
written earlier on the issue, requested us not to organize any agitational
programme which has been suitably countered by us vide our letter No. P3NFPE-Odisha/08 - 05/2018, dated
17.05.2018 with request to open a forum of discussion for a negotiated
settlement. All the above letters have already been forwarded to you earlier.
But till date, no response was received from Circle Office which has
compelled us to organize the one day mass dharna at 10 AM on 29.05.2018 in
front of the Circle Office.
In addition, since we have to support the GDS Indefinite Strike
commencing from 22.05.2018, this programme will also certainly motivate our striking
GDS comrades in front of Circle Office.
Therefore, we would like to sincerely appeal you once again to join with
maximum representatives of your Division to make the Dharna Programme a grand
success.
